Brian has decided to stop crying about his sore arm and get back to rocking.

Here’s a little sample of what we’re cooking up.  It’s not a new recipe, but it’s still pretty tasty.

Unless Brian has to get rotator cuff surgery.

After 6 months down due to singer Robert James’s thyroid condition, Igor Spectre is back with a new lineup and working on a new album.

Tim Kinzy aka Sonny X (drums 2005-2007) returns to the skins, and Dan from the White Trash Debutantes has joined up on bass.
